Charles Adolph-Board Chair , rans his own accounting and auditing firm and has over 12 years experience in microfinance and banking, mainly exposed to finance and operations.
Lazaro Lunyili is an auditor by profession and has over 11 years experience working in microfinance as an auditor and senior auditor.

Anna Mulalo is with Tujijenge Afrika supporting the administrative running of the company. She has over 14 years experience in microfinance mainly in credit and human resource management.
Jimmy Makugira is an administrator by profession, currently working as Managing Director of Tujijenge Micro Finance. Jimmy has over 11 years of experience in credit management in microfinance.
Winnie Terry is currently Executive Secretary to TAMFI (Tanzania Microfinance Institutions network) and has over 14 years experience in different roles in microfinance.
Felistas Coutinho is Executive Director of Tujijenge Afrika. She has over 15 years experience in microfinance in different positions in both Uganda and Tanzania.

       Recent Achievements:

-2006 - Started first microfinance operations in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

-2008 - Improved internal controls and updated banking software to prevent fraud and improve efficiencies

-2009 - Became the first and exclusive MFI to provide mobile banking in Tanzania

-2010 - Grew our Tanzania portfolio outstanding to $3 million

-2010 - Represented Tanzanian microfinance industry at the World Economic Forum in Dar-es-salaam

::: Highlights :::

2006-started Tujijenge Tanzania, now financially sustainable serving over 18,000 clients with portfolio outstanding of 4.8 bn TZS ( US $3 million). 8% ownership.

2008-Took over microfinance operations of SEF under Tujijenge Microfinance. TMF serves over 1,000 clients with portfolio outstanding of TZS 150 million and operational sustainability at an average of 50%. 96% ownership

2009-Took over Mara microfinance portfolio under Tujijenge microfinance. (TMF).

2009- Started operations in Uganda (Tujijenge Uganda). Tujijenge Uganda currently serves over 1,000 clients and portfolio outstanding of over 300million Ugshs. ($125.000) 100% ownership

2010- Developed solar energy loans that were pilot-tested in all three MFIs-for Uganda market research done and pilot testing in 2011
